1. HOW SECURE IS YOUR WEBSITE ?

All credit/debit card details are processed by Worldpay and are not stored by Tonercare Ltd.  Secure communications on our site is assured by Geotrust 128 bit SSL security. Our SSL certificate number is 1C5AC989D11862C1FDA58F43763593C7 

2. DO YOU HAVE STOCK ?

Most our products are in stock with automated current pricing, however some products are out of stock and will display  Check Stock

 

Check Stock indicates either that 

 

a) we have no stock or 

 

b) stock is available from one of our business partners but price and delivery time need to be checked.

 

By clicking on Check Stock an email can be sent to us (if you are using an Email client) to check both the stock availability AND current price of that product ( If you use gmail etc please email us with the product code ) Please do not order unless you have checked stock availability and current price with us first as you may be charged for any card transaction fees we incur.

 

3. DO WE QUALIFY FOR THE FREE EDUCATIONAL TONER DELIVERY SERVICE ?

If the invoice & delivery address are that of a full time educational establishment in mainland UK then you qualify. Please note to obtain free delivery through our website you need to contact us first so that we can register your account for free delivery. Education orders will also be accepted by email and goods shipped on a 30 day credit basis. 

4 . HOW DO I OBTAIN A VAT INVOICE IF I HAVE USED A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ?

Log in to your account from the home page. Click on Order History, click on View Order then click on View Invoice. You can then print a vat invoice. Please note that invoices can only be viewed after you have received the despatch email stating your order has been shipped. 

5. WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY ?

16.00 for Account Customers, 15.30 for Non-Account Customers.   

6. WHAT AREA DOES YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE COVER ?

Our standard & premium delivery services cover England & Wales. We also offer a 2-3 day delivery service to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Offshore UK

We can also deliver to most European countries as long as payment transaction is by Bank Transfer 

7. WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS ?

09.00 - 17.00 hours, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. 

8. HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT?

Credit facilities are available to corporate organizations, reputable businesses, Educational establishments & Government organizations. Opening an account is very straightforward and is automatic for Education & Government customers. Please use our Contact Form on Home Page 

9. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT HAVING AN ACCOUNT?

Yes, but goods can only be ordered using a credit card, debit card or payment by bank transfer. For payment by bank transfer ( BACS )  goods will only be despatched upon receipt of funds into our bank account.

10. WHAT DOES ORIGINAL (OEM ) MEAN?

Original products are manufactured by the Original Equiment Manufacturer (OEM). OEMS's such as Hewlett Packard, Brother, Epson etc manufacture both printers and the branded consumables that are used by them. Tonercare supply original and compatible cartridges, original, brown box & refurbished spare parts and original storage media & paper.

11. WHY SHOULD WE CONSIDER PURCHASING COMPATIBLE PRODUCTS?

Tonercare only supply compatible products sourced from reputable manufacturers. These products are designed to replicate the text quality and page life of the original product.
